Leah Wuitschik, BN, MA, CEC, PCC
President & Co-Founder of TallTrees Leadership, Coach & Facilitator
Leah Wuitschik’s journey from nurse to leadership coach is rooted in her passion for helping people thrive. She loves working alongside individuals, teams, and organizations to uncover their potential, connect with their values, and spark meaningful change.
Before diving into leadership coaching, Leah lived the fast-paced, demanding world of nursing and healthcare. She worked in various healthcare settings, taking on leadership roles that gave her firsthand insight into the industry's highs, lows, and endless possibilities. This experience shaped her understanding of the daily challenges healthcare professionals face.
Now, Leah uses that knowledge to support healthcare leaders and teams in finding their footing and leading authentically and confidently. Known for her genuine warmth, empathy, and down-to-earth approach, she empowers others to grow as leaders and create positive, lasting impacts in their work and lives.
Leah has a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master of Arts in Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She is the President & Co-Founder of TallTrees Leadership, a coaching organization dedicated to working with healthcare professionals.
At home in beautiful Calgary, Leah is a mom to a spirited ten-year-old daughter, a wife, and a dog mom to an adorable pup. Whether coaching or spending time with her family, she’s all about connection, growth, and making every moment count.
Carol Gray, MN, CEC, PCC

Carol Gray works with healthcare leaders and teams who want to strengthen their leadership, navigate change, and create meaningful impact in their organizations.
With more than three decades of experience in healthcare, Carol has held senior leadership roles across Alberta, leading teams to implement innovative programs and services across the continuum of care. Her experience gives her deep insight into the realities of healthcare systems and the complex environments leaders work within.
Today, Carol partners with emerging and senior leaders, as well as healthcare teams and organizations. Known for her thoughtful insight and facilitative approach, she helps clients gain clarity, move into purposeful action, and achieve meaningful results.
Outside of her work, Carol and her husband enjoy hiking in the Canadian Rockies and travelling internationally.
Rosa Edinga, MBA, PCC
Coach & Facilitator
In addition to being a mom, partner, daughter and soul tribe member, Rosa has spent the last decade coaching hundreds of public service/healthcare leaders and business owners to own their magic and crush their goals. She is also a coach’s coach—educating and mentoring aspiring coaches to develop and hone their own skills and practice.
Before shifting her focus to her big life and growing business, Rosa spent almost 15 years supporting public service leaders. She finished her career at the Alberta Public Service at the Ministry of Health, where she created and led the ministry leadership coaching program, supporting leaders at every level across the department. Rosa has also empowered healthcare leaders across Canada, working with organizations such as Covenant Health, Eastern Health, the Canadian College of Health Leaders, and CCHL’s Certified Health Executive Program participants. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Communications and has facilitated communications training for hundreds of people.
Rosa is driven, passionate, and the owner of big dreams, and she balances that with being a present mom, a supportive wife, a loving daughter to aging parents and the owner of an ever-messy home and piles of laundry.
Bruce H. Swan, DHA, CEC, PCC
Coach & Facilitator
Bruce coaches individuals and teams to grow personally and professionally. For him, coaching is a powerful partnership where learning, growth and transformation takes place. With over thirty years Senior Executive experience and 15 years experience operating his own coaching business, Bruce has seen first hand how coaching can help leaders of all kinds identify the path they need to take in order to guide their team to success and fulfillment.
In his practice, Bruce prides himself on his calming presence and ability to listen and meet clients where they’re without judgement. He views his clients as partners and works with them collaboratively to build a plan for their organizations and move forward. As part of his work, Bruce regularly stands in for senior leaders when they need a break. He is inspired by conversations with frontline staff at those workplaces, hearing over and over again that they want a leader who leads from the heart and who has a vision for the future of the business.
Bruce is a Professional Certified Coach with an undergraduate degree in Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration and Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching. He is also a qualified coach and facilitator of the LEADS in a Caring Environment Capabilities Framework through the Canadian College of Health Leaders and LEADS Canada.
When he’s not working, Bruce loves to spend quality time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoys getting outside to walk, cycle and take time to breathe in the fresh air. He’s also an avid antique car buff and enjoys collecting and driving as a hobby.
Dr. Angie Hong, ACC
Coach
Angie has been a family doctor for over 20 years. In addition to her work as a family doctor, Angie is an expert in Obesity Medicine, focusing on both the mind and body aspects of this disease. With this, she has had the privilege to teach coaches and health care providers throughout North America at various schools and organizations including Obesity Canada, CBT Canada, University of Alberta, the University of Toronto among others.
In her role as one of the first family physicians in Ontario to attain board certification in Obesity Medicine, Angie broke many barriers to establish programs throughout her community to provide access to publicly funded comprehensive care for patients.
Angie is a graduate of the University of Toronto Brief Coaching Program, Angie has discovered the power of skilled coaching to empower change. She is passionate about bringing coaching to her colleagues who have devoted their lives to caring for others and deserve to consider their own growth and passions, both personally and professionally.
Angie lives in Toronto with her husband, three teenage daughters, and her dog Hugo. Her downtime is spent with family, friends. However, she can usually be found taking another course to increase her skills and knowledge.
Angie’s passion for life-long learning is driven by her commitment to provide the highest level of care and service to her patients and clients.
Michelle Truppe
Coach
With a deep curiosity about what helps people thrive, Michelle recently transitioned from a 24‑year career in healthcare, where she first worked in clinical roles, as a speech‑language pathologist before advancing to various leadership positions. A coaching approach has been a cornerstone throughout her career. Michelle led multi-site pediatric community-based programs, supported large multi-disciplinary teams of clinicians and leaders, and collaborated with Ministries, hospitals, school boards, and community organizations to deliver high‑quality, family‑centred care. Michelle’s years in the developmental health sector deeply shaped her commitment to inclusion, advocacy, and fostering others to reach their potential.
Today, Michelle draws on this rich experience to guide healthcare leaders and professionals through career and life transitions, complex organizational change, and the weight of decisions that profoundly impact patients, families, and staff. She helps them clarify their purpose, lead through uncertainty with confidence, and rediscover joy and energy in their work. Her approach blends emotional intelligence, story listening, and practical strategies, empowering leaders to show up with clarity and calm.
Michelle holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Psychology and Linguistics, a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders, a coaching certification, and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Michelle lives with her partner in Norfolk County, Ontario, surrounded by fields, nature and big skies. She’s the mom of two amazing young women and loves sharing experiences with them and their partners, whether it’s a great meal, a road trip, or just laughing together. She also loves being outdoors and travelling. As a lifelong learner, she is currently adding “potter” to her portfolio.
Michelle is intentionally dedicated to work that aligns with her values, keeps her learning, and creates space for collaboration with others who care about human flourishing and meaningful change.
In Memoriam: Allison Bichel
Allison was a valued member of the TallTrees Leadership community and an extraordinary leader, coach, and collaborator. Over a career spanning more than three decades in healthcare, consulting, and the private sector, she was known for her curiosity, insight, and deep commitment to helping people and organizations grow.
She believed deeply in people’s capacity to learn, lead, and create meaningful change. Those who worked with Allison remember her collaborative spirit, thoughtful perspective, and the warmth she brought to every relationship.
Allison lived in Okotoks with her husband Stuart, and their beloved labs, Luna and Apollo. She found great joy in time spent with her three children and their partners, nature walks along the Sheep River, and the many creative pursuits she loved.
We are grateful for Allison’s contributions and the impact she had on the healthcare community. She will always remain part of our story.
