Leah Wuitschik’s journey from nurse to leadership coach is rooted in her passion for helping people thrive. She loves working alongside individuals, teams, and organizations to uncover their potential, connect with their values, and spark meaningful change.

Before diving into leadership coaching, Leah lived the fast-paced, demanding world of nursing and healthcare. She worked in various healthcare settings, taking on leadership roles that gave her firsthand insight into the industry's highs, lows, and endless possibilities. This experience shaped her understanding of the daily challenges healthcare professionals face.

Now, Leah uses that knowledge to support healthcare leaders and teams in finding their footing and leading authentically and confidently. Known for her genuine warmth, empathy, and down-to-earth approach, she empowers others to grow as leaders and create positive, lasting impacts in their work and lives.

Leah has a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master of Arts in Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She is the President & Co-Founder of TallTrees Leadership, a coaching organization dedicated to working with healthcare professionals.

At home in beautiful Calgary, Leah is a mom to a spirited ten-year-old daughter, a wife, and a dog mom to an adorable pup. Whether coaching or spending time with her family, she’s all about connection, growth, and making every moment count.
