Leah Wuitschik works with healthcare leaders and organizations navigating complexity, pressure, and constant change.

A former nurse and healthcare leader, she understands firsthand the weight of leading inside high-stakes systems. Through executive coaching and leadership development, she helps leaders build clarity, resilience, and confidence — so they can lead well without losing themselves.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master of Arts in Leadership, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Based in Calgary, she is a wife, mom, and dog lover who believes healthcare leadership can be both strong and deeply human — and refuses to settle for anything less.
